 I'm glad that Scott O'Hara enjoyed life and all, but he was into some very intense and unsafe sex scenes in the early 80s. There's nothing wrong with vanilla; it's a perfectly acceptable flavor.  It's been a while since I first visited this memorial to Scott, although I do have it bookmarked. I had the pleasure of becoming one of Scott's occasional correspondents. He also visited on occasion, and whenever he did, I enjoyed the wide-ranging discussions. He was very bright, a renaissance man of the sex industry.

 Thanks for this great site. I was fortunate to have known Scott during his time in Memphis and the news of his death still hurts like crazy. He was one INCREDIBLE individual.

 As America's "Unofficial" longest survivor of HIV, my only regret is that I never did get around to having sex with Scott...as a fellow publisher, we wrote regularly. He knew what he wanted in his life and he lived it well. We will miss one fine man.
